In order to best represent this community, I know that I must be aware of these concerns and urge you to share them with me.

Mr. Clark's words carry deep impact for me. I believe that we need to get involved and make a difference at the municipal and regional level because it is so important in our daily lives. On October 25th, 2010 as all of Ontario votes for their municipal and regional representatives, I hope the community of Wards 9 & 10 will choose me, Harkanwal S. Thind to lead you and represent your voice at the Region of Peel and City of Brampton.
After having lived and worked in Peel Region for the past 25 years I am ready to tackle the realm of regional government in order to ensure that it best represents the community I am a part of. My extensive experience in leadership and management will be great assets to our citizens.
I want to fight for the services and facilities that we lack in our Wards, so that our quality of life here in Wards 9&10 is up to par with the rest of Ontario. We are one of the fastest growing areas with new Canadians making up a large percentage of that growth. We cannot let our community fall through the cracks due to a lack of services and poor planning.
